With an attitude, long waiting time, won't come back

I was referred to this doctor from Dr. Chan, we seek to consult som doubts about pregnancy. I know he is famous, but he seems to be very cold towards his patients, he has an attitude, probably cause his patients are famous too?! Short consultation and long waiting time, I did not feel good, won't come back next time.

My wife had a miscarriage, the doctor that we saw previously referred us to this doctor. When we arrived at the clinic, the nurse already knew what happened to my wife, yet she did not treat us as priority, we have waited for 2 hours, when we saw the doctor,he acted very normal, cold, and talked in a routine way, saying that my wife must do a surgery after a miscarriage, and that we must do so in HK Sanatorium and Hospital, no other availble options
It occurs to me that the doctor was cold and heartless, not even one word of consulation, we will not see him again.
I have always stick to Dr. Chan during my pregnancy, even during labour~From the beginning to postnatal, Dr. Chan is the answer to every doubt and concern, he is very professional! The whole surgery was quick, the wound healed nicely, I strongly recommend him!

I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure by my OBGYN. My OBGYN referred Dr. Chan because a large amount of his patients were pregnant due to Dr. Chan's assistance. The entire process was a positive experience. I utilized their donor egg program and found a perfect match allowing me to become pregnant with twins on my first IVF cycle. Today, I have healthy, beautiful 4 year old sons. My dreams have come true! I recommend Dr. Chan to anyone having difficulty becoming pregnant.
